Who we are
OEW was founded by Britt Harris, the only investor to have served as chief investment officer of top-five funds in endowments, public pensions, corporate plans and hedge funds. The firm brings the discipline of those institutions to a small group of families and institutions who value a clear process over complexity.
How we invest
Markets do not have one fair value. They have a fair value for each economic environment. We identify the current environment using growth and inflation, hold the portfolio that has historically suited it, and apply two overlays that reduce exposure to speculative bubbles and sustained bear markets. The result is a portfolio that is simple, fully liquid and unlevered.
